- Den Topf vom Herd nehmen und die Masse mit Milch aufgießen und glatt rühren. Zusätzlich noch Sahne hinzugeben und cremig rühren. Anschließend würzen mit Salz und Muskatnuss..
- Den Ofen auf 180 Grad einstellen..
- In der Zwischenzeit die Lasagne stapeln. Zuerst Bolognese dann Lasagneblätter und zu guter Letzt die Béchamel..
- Die letzte Schicht sollte die Béchamelsauce sein und darüber den Mozzarella streuen..
- Die Lasagne für 30 Minuten backen..
- Danach 10 Minuten stehen lassen und dann anschneiden..
